Time to Launch into Fall

Happy Fall! With the weather finally cooling down, it seems that fall is here to last.  Tonight I thought I would post a fun fall activity.  I use this activity with my kids to bring the new seasons excitement into my therapy room. This download includes tree trunks and fall leaves. The fall leaves target sight words, /s/ blend words, and multiple meaning words. I utilize the other the blank leaves for more individual goals. The children color, cut, and paste the leaves on the tree trunk.

The complete download is available on my Teachers Pay Teachers page! Click Here!

Hope everyone has fun this week making fall trees!
I'm always looking for new fall ideas.  If you have any ideas you would like to share, don't forget to post them on my blog!

Categories Bingo

BINGO! It's time to play everyone's favorite game! My students have so much fun playing Bingo! I'm always creating new Bingo game boards.  The students LOVE yelling "BINGO" when they get 5 in a row. This download includes 4 game boards and 3 pages of bingo chips. Each bingo board has twenty-four categories. Make working on your student's categorical skills fun with this bingo game!

Step 1: Print and laminate Bingo Cards and Bingo Chips.
Step 2: Print an extra bingo card. Laminate and cut out each category from this card.
Step 3: Put the cut out categories in a ziplock bag.
Step 3: Cut out each Bingo Chips.
Step 4: Start by giving each student a Bingo Card and 10 Bingo Chips.
Step 5: Pull the first category out of the ziplock bag
Step 6: Have each student give you 1 answer.
Step 7:  The 1st student to get 5 in a row WINS!

Articulation Ghost Hunt *FREEBIE*

Are you ready to take the kids on a GHOST HUNT for Halloween?!?  Many of my students have goals targeting the phonemes /r/, /l/, /s/, and /z/ so I'm always brainstorming new ideas for these sounds!  My students LOVED this activity!! The download includes the instructions for the game and each sound has 12 ghost cards.

A preview of the ghost cards are below! The game is great for goals targeting each sound at the word, sentence, or conversation level.  I used a shoe box as my "Ghost Trap."  The students had to say each word 5 times, provide the word in a sentence, or tell me a story using the word before placing it in the "Ghost Trap!"
